1 Account Creation and Use

To use Peach and Pit, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2 User Content

• Your Posts: Peach and Pit allows you to share your "peach" (best part of the day) and "pit" (worst part of the day) entries, including text and images. You retain ownership of any content you create and post ("User Content").
• Permissions: By posting User Content, you grant Peach and Pit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content within the App for the purpose of operating and providing the App's services.
• Prohibited Content: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable — including nudity, sexually explicit material, child exploitation material, or content that promotes violence or illegal activities.
• Content Monitoring & Removal: We don't pre-screen User Content, but we reserve the right to remove any User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App or its users.

3 Community Guidelines & Conduct

• Respectful Interaction: We encourage a positive and supportive community. You agree to interact respectfully with other users.
• Following Friends: The App allows you to follow other users. You agree to use this feature responsibly and not for harassment or unwanted contact.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

4 Enforcement and Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the App, and ban you from future use, if you violate these Terms — particularly regarding the posting of prohibited or illicit content. We may also report such violations to the appropriate legal authorities.

5 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or operate without interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peach and Pit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
